Shipping

Thank you for your order! As a friendly reminder, our normal processing time is 7-10 business days to process the order. This allows for us to deliver a high quality product you will surely love. Then after the order is fulfilled, the shipping election made at the time of checkout begins. You will receive another email with tracking information for your order at that time. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.  

 

This information is stated on our website along with the confirmation email all customers receive post checkout.

Return and Exchange

We do not offer cash refunds at this time. Mugs and hats are non-returnable/non-exchangeable. However, if a clothing item does not work out for you, we would be happy to offer you store credit that will go toward your next order once your item has been returned.

Our policy lasts 14 days. Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.
